Your History with the breed

I have been a member of the UK Newfoundland Club since 2000. I have been showing Frankie for 6 1/2 years.

Details of litters previously sired

Very selective in visiting bitches .... hence first litter arrived BOXING day 2007!! Thanks to Kim Farr of Kalibah Newfoundlands who delivered 7 healthy pups .... 2 girls and 5 boys (1 brown boy, 1 brown girl, all others black).

Requirements for visiting Bitches

Must be swabbed and ovulation tested prior to mating and hold same health certificates as stud dog ie: hips/heart (doppler) and cystinuria.

Other Information

Frankie's speciality is meeting celebraties. He has met his namesake Champion Jockey Frankie Dettori (see photo gallery) but more recently X-factor supremo Simon Cowell, Actress Amanda Holden and Former Newsaper Editor Pierce Morgan. He also weaved through the legs of TV presenter Steven Mulhern and slobbered over Ant & Dec, presenters of "I'm a celebrity". You may have spotted Frankie on "Britains Got Talent" show ..... mind you, if you blinked you'd have missed him!

Frankie's a magnificent, noble Newf with a brilliant temperament and outgoing personality.
He is the "Breed Standard" ... massive in size, broad strong head, bone-to-die-for and movement 2nd to none! He loves people, kids and other dogs. Loves all training - agility and even a little heelwork to music (could be the beginnings of a new show"Strictly-Newf-Dancing!!").
